I am sorry I’ve been moderately active on the blog lately but I’m moving out and I’ve been really busy.
This was the day I decided to give an entirely Paleo diet up and start a more balanced one. And this was also the day I had fried meatballs. I haven’t had these since like 2012? I’ve been into the healthy, non-frying, life ever since (lol liar) and my friend threatened to kill me if I didn’t have a meatball. She was like EAT or else imma kill you and steal your legs. And I thought omg no I don’t want to die. So I had one. And then another 5 of them and I was cool. Anyway, I wanted to wear my new sandals (yeah stockings and sandals are a thing – especially since Alexa Chung, Victoria Beckham and Chanel Oberlin have done it) and show you how you can nail the look without being a German tourist.
I remember discovering a local store in my hometown carried sister jane clothes, I went mad. This blouse has an ivory shirt underlay and some beautiful collar details I instantly fell for.
You can’t really tell throughout the whole post, but I’m wearing shorts. These are A-line and high rise. The handbag is a fake for the Monica Tote by Dolce & Gabbana. I’m not a fan of imitations, I hate them and I consider them the reason why a huge part of the fashion industry is failing. I’d rather not buy a thing than buy sth that is “supposed” to be a certain brand but isn’t. I have to admit I had never seen the original before and I only found it out after I had already bought the bag. Dayum it kinda ruined that purchase for me. Anyway, I still love the colour, so yeah.
I have wanted a pair of suede platform sandals for a while now. I had a pair stashed and waiting for me in my Topshop bag but I live in Greece. And who am I kidding, we cannot just buy whatever we want 🙂 We are trapped 🙂 And I was lucky to find these at H&M, grab ’em and go.
This coat I got last year and have been wearing it non stop ever since. I love slouchy lines and this can be worn in two ways so it’s a win win 🙂
