SO DAMN COLD I actually look like I’m crying, in most of the pics.
Wanna know why?
Because the wind kept drying my eyes and I looked like Rudolf and there were people passing by, telling my photographer to hurry up and take the damn pics cause I looked like I was slowly freezing to death hahahah
I love these photoshoots when sth is wrong so you need to work with what you have. In my year review I’ll be looking back at all these “struggles” and laugh.
Hello, again. It’s been a busy week already and it’s not even Thursday yet. I’ll be posting the next outfit on Friday, hoping I’m inspiring you to pair your red jumper with anything other than jeans or any kind of black bottoms.
This is my suggestion for the noon – lunch with the family, an early dinner party, coffee with your friends.
Before explaining any further, a thought of mine was that even for this outfit I barely used any brand I needed to “show off”. Barely used anything of trend and barely used anything I just purchased, except for the coat, which is vintage and therefore doesn’t count lol.
Why am I stating this? Because it’s exactly what I wanted for this blog. I wanted to style, not promote every single thing that’s only now going on in the market to suggest ideas and help you out on clothes you might already own – because I and everyone I know mostly dress like that – not always purchasing, but re-loving what we’ve already had for a while now. And I felt proud that I managed to keep this going on unplanned, without putting a single thought in it.
Anyhow, today I focused on accessorizing – the outfit, other than that oversized lux coat, is pretty plain on its own, so I suppose you can go overboard when it’s such a case. Once again you can see how easy and safe it is to play with colours of the same family, in this case red and burgundy, but elevate your look with the rest of it, in this case again the coat, some jewelry, hairpins and a glosy pair of shoes.
